Join our Revenue team to own Sales and Partnerships Specialist end-to-end from generating and qualifying leads to running demos, closing deals, and building a scalable channel motion. You’ll confidently engage prospects, move fast, and turn opportunities into closed won making a visible impact in a high energy startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Robom (Mükellef Teknoloji’s pre-accounting software) sales end-to-end: prospecting, demo, proposal, close, handover.
- Find and manage new customer opportunities and build a strong pipeline for Robom.
- Advise and align with relevant teams to create new opportunities and grow Robom’s funnel.
- Set up a channel sales model for Robom: identify partners, build the playbook, launch and manage the channel.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in B2B sales with full-cycle ownership.
- Strong outbound skills (cold call, email, LinkedIn) and confidence in closing.
- Clear communication, good discovery questions, and solid negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and numbers; disciplined with pipeline/CRM.
- Startup mindset: proactive, fast, and able to build processes from scratch.
- Interest or experience in partner/channel sales is a big plus.
