We are looking for a Office & Customer Relations Specialist to join our team.
The role will support daily office operations, customer relationship processes, and the handling and follow-up of incoming customer leads.
Key Position Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and organization of the office
- Welcome and host visitors and customers in a professional manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails and other enquiries
- Record, track and follow up on customer requests and processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and documentation in our systems
- Handle incoming customer leads, understand their needs and clearly explain our services
- Proactively follow up with potential customers and support the conversion of leads into sales
- Monitor ongoing processes and deadlines, ensuring disciplined and timely follow-up
- Prepare basic reports related to office operations and customer activities when needed
Minimum Position Qualifications
- Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in office management, customer relations or a similar role
- Able to work on-site 5 days a week in our Ankara office
- Strong communication skills, professional presence and clear speaking style
- Sales-oriented mindset; comfortable handling and following up customer leads
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
