We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our highly experienced sales team.

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential clients and making the first contact (cold call, mail, etc.) and managing customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Following up the whole pricing and proposal process and updating the CRM system at every step
  • Preparing market research, client research, and presentations for client meetings,Conduct analysis in your day to day work to continually improve the Mükellef experience for our customers and suppliers
  • Understand the entire end-to-end sales process, introducing tooling, and implementing procedures that remove friction points and streamline the customer acquisition workflow, increasing sales productivity
  • Ability to communicate prospect interests and needs to internal stakeholders to improve workflow processes, product features, and total market opportunity.

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Exceptional communication skills,
  • Preferably written and spoken English,
  • Ability to manage your time and prioritize tasks,
  • A great analytical thinker with strategic perspective,
  • A can-do, will-do attitude,
  • Having an excellent command of MS-Office programs,
  • Preferably knowledgeable in HubSpot.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and a hybrid work environment.
