Join our Revenue team as an Global Inside Sales Specialist and drive lead-based growth. You’ll confidently engage prospects, build trust fast, and turn opportunities into closed-won-making a real impact in a high-energy startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified inbound leads through phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- Understand customer goals and match them with the right solution such as global company formation packages or pre-accounting software
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
- Communicate effectively with both local and international customers
- Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience
Must-haves
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales or telesales (preferably SaaS, tech, or fintech)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone
- Hunter mindset – proactive, motivated, and goal-driven
- Good English communication skills for global customer interactions
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) is a plus
