Join our Revenue team as an Global Inside Sales Specialist and drive lead-based growth. You’ll confidently engage prospects, build trust fast, and turn opportunities into closed-won-making a real impact in a high-energy startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified inbound leads through phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
  • Understand customer goals and match them with the right solution such as global company formation packages or pre-accounting software
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing the deal
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Communicate effectively with both local and international customers
  • Provide feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience

Must-haves

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales or telesales (preferably SaaS, tech, or fintech)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone
  • Hunter mindset – proactive, motivated, and goal-driven
  • Good English communication skills for global customer interactions
  • Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) is a plus
