We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join our Finance team.


The role will support controlling activities, daily finance operations, statutory accounting tasks, and collection processes.

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Support daily finance operations (payments, invoices, reconciliations)
  • Assist in statutory accounting and compliance processes
  • Support controlling team in reporting and financial data accuracy
  • Prepare cash flow and collection performance reports
  • Track KPIs and SLAs related to collection and finance operations
  • Ensure smooth communication between internal finance team and external partners

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented working style
  • Ability to use MS Excel and finance-related tools
  • Basic English (reading and writing)
