Rapidly expanding from Turkey to a global scale, we now provide services in 9 countries, including the US, UK, EU and Dubai, helping tens of thousands of customers realize their dreams. 
Most recently, in 2025, our team developed Robom, an AI-assisted bookkeeping software designed to empower SMEs and entrepreneurs in managing their financial processes seamlessly.

 

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, accelerate user acquisition, and boost customer retention. Leveraging your expertise in performance marketing and digital strategy, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our marketing efforts and fueling our continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns to maximize ROAS and acquire high-quality leads.
  • Manage and allocate monthly digital marketing budgets across channels to ensure efficient spending.
  • Deep dive into campaign performance and user behavior metrics (CAC, CTR, CVR) to uncover actionable insights and drive cost-efficient growth.
  • Collaborate with the design team by providing data-backed briefs to produce high-performing ad visuals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging strategies to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee tracking setups (e.g. Google Tag Manager) to ensure accurate data collection.
  • Work closely with Product and Sales teams to align marketing strategies with new product launches and revenue goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and platform updates to identify new opportunities for innovation and market expansion.


    Must-haves
     
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience preferably within a SaaS, fintech or B2B tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Proven experience in managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is highly preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
