In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize business processes, enhance the quality of customer service, and provide valuable data support to help drive strategic decision-making across teams.Key Position Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze and interpret large datasets, including financial and customer data, to deliver analytical solutions and actionable insights</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Metabase, Data Studio, etc.) to track KPIs and support decision-making across teams</li><li>Collaborate with engineering to optimize data resources, data warehouses, and pipelines</li><li>Create data analytics and visualization tools for Product and Marketing Specialists, including dashboards, reports, ad-hoc queries, and key insights</li><li>Leverage problem-solving abilities and CRM operational knowledge to deliver effective solutions across various data domains, including financial and customer insights</li></ul>Minimum Position Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li><li>3+ years of experience in Data Analytics</li><li>Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling and ETL concepts</li><li>Proven experience with interactive visualization and BI platforms (e.g., Metabase, Data Studio)</li><li>Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Python and dbt is beneficial, or a willingness to learn</li><li>Familiarity with financial statements and strong financial analysis skills</li><li>Enthusiasm for a dynamic startup culture and a collaborative work environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;We have a great culture and we truly value working together with open communication.
