We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Management department.

 

Key Position Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (email, chat, phone) with a friendly and professional attitude,
  • Provide accurate and reliable information to customers about our products, services, and policies,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently,
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions in a clear and organized manner,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns,
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to improve products and services,
  • Assist in creating and updating customer support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

Minimum Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure,
  • Empathetic and patient with a genuine desire to assist customers,
  • Proficiency in using customer support tools and software,
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills,
  • A great analytical thinker with a strategic perspective,
  • A can-do, will-do attitude,
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
