In this role, you will assist in the preparation of financial reports, support the development of reporting processes, and help ensure accurate financial monitoring and compliance.&nbsp;Key Position Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management,</li><li>Support the comparison of actual and budgeted expenditure items at the end of each month and report deviations,</li><li>Contribute innovative ideas for improvements in reporting processes and help maintain a robust reporting system,</li><li>Aid in the controlling processes by working closely with financial reporting and operations teams to ensure business compliance and monitor financial results.</li></ul>Minimum Position Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in control and reporting or a related area,</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and reporting principles,</li><li>Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively,</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel,</li><li>Excellent team communication skills,</li><li>High analytical skills,</li><li>Experience with data analytics tools is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>&nbsp;We have a great culture and we truly value working together with open communication.
